Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cynthia Lott · Real Estate Exam Prep's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Cynthia Lott · Real Estate Exam Prep provides real estate exam preparation services, including one-on-one tutoring sessions, crash courses, and educational materials designed to help you prepare for real estate licensing exams: the national portion in any state and the Texas state portion.

Pricing and Payment

• Single tutoring session: $75
• 3-session bundle: $199
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• All prices are in USD and subject to change

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• To receive a refund, cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled session
• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are not refunded, and neither are missed sessions
• Do not drive a motor vehicle while attending a session

Educational Disclaimer

Practice questions, study materials, and content provided by Cynthia Lott · Real Estate Exam Prep are unique educational resources and are not identical to questions appearing on the actual Texas Real Estate Licensing Exam. While we strive to provide comprehensive exam preparation, we cannot guarantee that you will pass the exam. Your success depends on your individual effort, study habits, and other factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are owned by Cynthia Lott · Real Estate Exam Prep or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Record or redistribute session content without permission
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or abuse our instructors or staff

Limitation of Liability

Cynthia Lott · Real Estate Exam Prep and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to failure to pass the licensing exam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
